1. General Policy Overview
Lernora offers a 7-day refund window for eligible course enrollments and payments. If you are not satisfied with your learning experience, you may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days from the original purchase date — provided you meet the conditions described below.
This policy applies to both: Individual course purchases, and Subscription-based plans (where available).
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are available when: The request is made within 7 days of purchase; You have not completed more than 20% of the course content; You have not downloaded or received the final certificate; and The course or program was purchased directly through the official Lernora platform or app.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued when: The 7-day period has passed; You have completed or accessed a substantial portion (over 20%) of the course; You have already received your certificate of completion; The purchase was made through a third-party reseller or partner; The program is marked as non-refundable (for example, discounted bundles or corporate enrollments); Refunds are requested for subscription renewals after billing has occurred.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, email refunds@lernora.org with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Course Name]” and include: Your registered email address, Transaction ID or payment proof, and Reason for refund request.
Our support team will review your request within 3–5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel an enrollment or subscription anytime through your Lernora account.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund if outside the 7-day window.
After cancellation, you will retain access to your course until the current billing period ends.
6. Partner & Institutional Programs
Courses offered by partner instructors, institutes, or companies follow Lernora’s general refund policy unless otherwise stated on their course page. Some institutional or enterprise programs may have customized refund terms, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
In special cases (e.g., duplicate payments, system errors, or verified service disruptions), Lernora may issue a discretionary refund outside the standard period. Such requests are reviewed individually and must include verifiable documentation.
8. How Refunds Are Issued
All refunds are processed in the same currency and method used for payment. If currency conversion or transaction fees apply, Lernora is not responsible for exchange-rate differences or third-party charges.
9. No Cash Refunds Policy
Refunds are strictly processed via electronic means. Lernora does not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.
10. Legal & Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of the United Kingdom.
