Ongoing Improvements
Accessibility is an ongoing process. Our development and content teams regularly: Review platform updates for accessibility compliance; Train staff and instructors on creating inclusive content; Gather user feedback to identify and address accessibility barriers.
We also conduct periodic accessibility audits using automated tools and manual testing with assistive technologies.
Third-Party Content
Some partner-offered courses or materials may include third-party content (videos, PDFs, or interactive tools) not fully under Lernora’s direct control. While we encourage all partners and instructors to follow accessibility best practices, we cannot guarantee compliance for external or embedded content.
We are, however, committed to assisting learners with alternative access solutions where possible.
Feedback and Support
We value feedback from our learners and partners to help us improve accessibility across Lernora’s platform.
