Lernora connects learners with instructors, institutes, and companies worldwide, allowing verified partners to offer online educational programs to a global audience.
Definitions
- Instructor—An individual teaching, recording, or managing educational content.
- Institute / Partner Organization—An educational institution, academy, or company offering structured courses or training via Lernora.
- Learner—Any registered user enrolled in a course or program.
- Content—All videos, materials, quizzes, and resources uploaded or shared by instructors or institutes.
- Platform—The Lernora website, mobile application, or digital learning infrastructure.
Joining as a Partner & Overview
To join Lernora as a partner, you must:
- Register through the official Partner or Instructor Application process;
- Provide accurate identity, institution, and qualification details;
- Agree to Lernora’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Copyright Policy;
- Submit verification documents (such as ID, business registration, or accreditation proof).
Content Ownership & License
You retain full ownership of the courses and materials you create.
By uploading to Lernora, you grant Lernora LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Host, distribute, stream, market, and promote your content;
- Translate, caption, or adapt it for accessibility purposes;
- Display your name, institute logo, and profile for marketing and academic representation.
Content Quality & Standards
To maintain academic quality and compliance:
- All courses must align with Lernora’s Quality Guidelines and Code of Conduct.
- Content must be original, accurate, and free of copyright infringement.
- Promotional or misleading content is not allowed.
- Courses should include appropriate educational materials (videos, notes, assessments, etc.).
Certification & Accreditation
- Official Lernora programs are issued under Lernora LTD (UK) and follow internal quality assurance standards.
- Partner-offered programs may issue joint certificates displaying both Lernora and the Partner’s name, depending on agreement terms.
- All certificates are digital and verifiable through the Lernora platform.
Revenue Share & Payments
- Instructors and Institutes earn a percentage of revenue from paid enrollments in their courses.
- Revenue share details (commission percentage, payout schedule, and thresholds) are defined in the Lernora Partner Dashboard or your written partnership agreement.
- Lernora processes all transactions and remits payouts via secure methods such as Wise, Payoneer, or Bank Transfer.
- Payment timelines may vary (usually monthly) and depend on refund periods and currency conversion.
Pricing & Discounts
Lernora may apply promotional discounts or coupons to your course to increase visibility and enrollment. You may also suggest pricing or participate in marketing campaigns, subject to platform approval.
Partner Conduct & Obligations
All instructors and institutes must:
- Maintain professional, ethical, and respectful behavior toward learners;
- Avoid misleading claims or promises of employment or licensing;
- Ensure all communication happens through approved Lernora channels;
- Respond promptly to learner inquiries and feedback;
- Comply with applicable data protection and copyright laws.
Intellectual Property & Copyright
- You must own or have legal rights to all content uploaded.
- Lernora’s brand name, logo, and trademarks remain the property of Lernora LTD (UK).
- Any unauthorized use of the Lernora brand, logo, or certification marks is strictly prohibited.
Confidentiality
All non-public information shared between Lernora and its partners — including data, pricing, and strategy — must remain confidential and may not be disclosed without written consent.
Data Protection & Privacy
All partners must comply with UK GDPR and Lernora’s Privacy Policy regarding personal data collection, storage, and use. Learner information must be handled responsibly and only for educational purposes.
Termination
- Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
- Lernora may immediately terminate this agreement if: You breach these terms or legal obligations; Your content violates intellectual property laws; or You engage in conduct damaging to Lernora’s reputation.
Limitation of Liability
Lernora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this agreement or your participation in the platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold Lernora harmless against claims arising from your content or activities as a partner.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.
